Project Life Cycle Phases for Predictive approach
- Feasibility: Check if the project idea makes sense and if the organization can actually deliver it.
- Design: Plan and design what the final deliverable should look like and how it will be made.
- Build: Create the deliverable. This phase includes building and doing quality checks along the way.
- Test: Do final quality checks and make sure everything works as expected before releasing.
- Deploy: Make the product live or hand it over to the customer after approval.
- Close: Wrap up the project. Archive documents, release the team, and officially close contracts.
Project Life Cycle Phases for Incremental approach
The Incremental approach delivers the product in smaller usable parts (increments) instead of waiting until the very end. Each increment adds new functionality until the final system is complete.
