Project Management Quiz

Monitoring new work and changes

The project manager works with the product owner to decide how adding new work affects the budget and team availability.

The product owner keeps checking and updating the task list (project backlog) to make sure important tasks get done first.

If time or money is tight, the project may be considered complete after finishing only the most important tasks.

In planned (predictive) projects, the team carefully checks and controls changes so only approved ones are added.

If the project scope (work) changes, it may bring new risks. So, every change request should be reviewed for any new risks.

Once a change is approved, it should be added to all project documents and shared with the concerned people.
